The facilities include 1.6 million sq.ft of office space with attendant services in 3 towers of approximately 0.4 million sq.ft each. The 12 storey towers are fully air-conditioned with back up services required for industrial research establishments. Each floor plate is about 36,000 sq.ft with the smallest office space module being around 3000 sq.ft. Other facilities include incubation modules, shops, cyber cafes, restaurants, food courts, guest rooms, conference facilities, exhibition space, terrace gardens and large-sized landscaped front and back yards.

The parking facility comprises of an underground basement, offering a two level parking area, besides the surface parking area.

The building has been designed on the sustainability principles. Water recycling, rain water harvesting, water based air-conditioning systems and other energy saving methods will make the building energy efficient and therefore economical to maintain.

Organizations can create their own signature style interiors and layouts to suit their needs.

Cleaning and maintenance will be managed by the Park's administration.

The first tower of 0.4 million sq.ft of office space and 0.12 million sq. ft. of basement parking space is functioning from March 2010 onwards.
