Our nodal incubator, The Indian Army and IIT Madras established Agnishodh, the Indian Army Research Cell (IARC), at IIT Madras Research Park. Inaugurated by General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Army Staff, the Centre strengthens collaboration in applied research, prototyping and technology development for defence.

IIT Madras Research Park and IIT Madras, in partnership with Unicorn India Ventures, launched the ₹600 crore IITM Unicorn Frontier Fund I to back 25+ IP-led deep-tech startups across strategic sectors including robotics, spacetech, defence, semiconductors and medtech.
